The concepts of homoreligious various theoretical formats – civil religion, quasi-religion, pseudo-religion and others, are being developed in the modern world. Religious life is diverse and includes confessional formations, which occupy an important place in the teaching space with signs of sacredness, and religions, where these signs are minimal. These quasi-religions combine religious-sacred and non-religious components, among which political, ethnic, psychological, ethical and other aspects of the quasi-religious system are significant. In Soviet Marxism (Bolshevism), not political, but messianic factors dominate, therefore Bolshevism is a messianic type of quasi-religion. Mircea Eliade interpreted it as an eschatological type of myth-making about the hero-redeemer. His suffering will change the ontological status of the world. In this mythological paradigm, proletarian predictions are important, going back to the mythology of the “Golden Age” and the “eternal return” of the Judeo-Christian tradition. Consequently, in terms of content and functional orientation, these socio-political messianic ideas are of a pseudo or quasi-religious nature, which determines the search for new approaches to the philosophy of religion.
