Henryk HoffmannAssociate Professor of the Department of Religious Studies, Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Pardubice (Czech Republic). Since 1977, H. Hoffmann has worked at the Institute of Religious Studies in Jagiellonian University. In 2010–2015, he was the Extraordinary Professor and Head of the Department of History of Religion, Institute of Religious Studies of Jagiellonian University. Since 2010, H. Hoffmann has been the editor-in-chief of "Nomos Kwartalnik Religioznawczy" (since 2012 - "Nomos. Czasopismo Religioznawcze"). Doctor Habilitatus in the Study of Religion (Faculty Philosophy, Jagiellonian University, 2004). Doctor of the Humanities (1985). The main fields of studies – the theory of religion, methodology and history of religious studies, structure of religious studies as a science, phenomenology of religion, modern Catholicism in Poland. Author more than 200 publications published in Poland, Russia, Ukraine and other countries.
