Gaëlle Lacaze - ethnologist, anthropologist (Social Anthropology), expert in studies of Turkic-Mongolian peoples; Professor at the University of Paris (Paris-IV, France). G. Lakaze conducted field researches in Mongolia, Northern China, Siberia, and Central Asia. Her scientific interests cover studies of body techniques, their use in daily and ritual contexts. G. Lakaze pays much attention to studying of problems of ethnic migrations, their impact on lifestyle, mentality, culture and religion of ethnic groups.
