This article observes the activities of the religious movement called “Yakyn Inkar” derived from the Kyrgyz branch of “Tablighi Jamaat” due to conflicts of ideas between these two movements presumably at the beginning of 2015. One part of the article is devoted to the analysis of issues of followers of “Yakyn Inkar” that is not acknowledged by the state institutions, ignores secular laws and criticizes actions of the government. Based on these and other factors, the state authorities of Kyrgyzstan prohibited its activities through the court and consider it as an extremist movement. In conclusion, the author provides recommendations to the Kyrgyz state bodies as well as Muftiyat on identifying effective ways how to regulate the dawaa process.
