Religion labeling civilization space by most personal and significant values types can not only connect people but oppose them to each other as well. At the same time religion often transforms into a religious ideology, creating additional niches for aggravation of confrontation originally having no ties with religious issues. Reducing to minimum religious organizations number and subordinating them to direct governmental regulation (classical model) or diversification of religious space through introducing maximum “players” number to it (American model) are among most radical methods of preventing religiously labeled conflicts. Both patterns have positive as well as negative aspects. Their analysis enables to forecast potential results of following those patterns for the foreseeable future. Currently one of the most potential methods of religious ideology based civilizational conflicts prophylaxis is religion inclusion into a system of subjects obligatory for obtaining secondary and higher education. That would enable transferring religiously labeled processes from ideological confrontation to a meaningful dialogue. Thus relevance range of religious studies may enhance in case of their inclusion into list of general subjects in accordance with the Federal standard.
Key words: Religious values, religious organizations, civilizational conflicts, scientific religious studies, religious studies.
